LFI Construction

Rose Construction, now fully incorporated as a division of LFI, continues to serve as the in-house construction team.  Focused primarily on small retail and mid-box projects, the Construction Division lends its expertise to quick turn-around projects and provides insight in the pre-construction phase for projects in the real estate pipeline.  The Construction Division works with the architects/engineers and the developer’s agents throughout the construction process, with primary attention on budget, schedule, and quality.  By engaging the real estate team and the end-users throughout the project, the construction project teams can turn over buildings that meet all of the aesthetic and functional needs of the owners and tenants.  Most projects are intended for specific tenant occupancy, and the Construction Division meets its targets by continuing to develop strong relationships with subcontractors, municipalities, and designers.

Rose Construction manages new construction projects as the General Contractor, and the division also acts as CM for the real estate group by managing outside general contractors on projects that fall outside of the geographical and/or schedule scope of the team.   Construction project budgeting/estimating, accounting, permitting, and close-out are all under the scope of the department.   The Construction Division also works closely with the Property Management Division to provide support and expertise during tenant build-outs, facility reconstruction, and facility maintenance/upgrades.
