LFI Industrial Development
LFI started an industrial development branch in 2002. Bailly Ridge Corporate Center in Monee, IL, its flagship development, consisting of over 400 acres. Bailly Ridge is home to the 720,000 s.f. TNT/Michelin tire distribution facility. LFI is also doing industrial development in Lombard, IL and will be announcing major land aquisitions in the near future.
