Property Management
The LFI Property Management Department currently manages in excess of 250,000 square feet of retail space and over 800 acres of land. LFI specializes in the management of vacant land, office buildings, shopping centers, single user buildings, industrial complexes, and Homeowner Associations. The properties currently in our portfolio are in the Chicagoland area, Indiana, Ohio, and Florida.
The department offers all services needed for day to day maintenance and operation of all types of properties along with a great preventative maintenance program for parking lots, roofs, and HVAC.
