The Multi-Tenant Division focuses on the development of anchored and non-anchored retail strip centers. Facilities range from an 8,000 s.f. building at a well-located stoplight intersection to 60,000 s.f. of inline space adjacent to a Target.
National tenants serviced include Starbucks Coffee, Verizon Wireless, Quizno's, Subway, Sherwin Williams, GameStop, Potbelly's, Panera Bread, Chipotle, SuperCuts, Great Clips, Hair Cuttery, Hallmark, US Cellular, T-Mobile, Sprint, AT & T, Coldstone Creamery, UPS, Mattress Giant, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Baskin Robbins/Dunkin' Donuts, 7-Eleven, Washington Mutual, Redwing Shoes, and New Balance.
