Location Finders Brokerage LLC (LFI) offers full service commercial real estate brokerage services. LFI provides tenant representation to regional and national restaurant groups, physical therapy, medical groups, car dealerships and additional retail concepts expanding throughout the Chicago area. LFI also represents regional and national development companies, public REITs and private ownership groups with the leasing and sales of their retail assets.
Development

Our extensive expertise and market knowledge helps us source and execute profitable investment opportunities through land owners, land brokers, anchor tenant relationships, retail tenant rep brokers, and city and state government officials. LFI provides a uniquely comprehensive range of development and investment services for our healthcare industry partners including: site selection, planning, development, construction, and ownership structures that meet our clients’ specific needs. We have expertise in the following On and Off-campus Ambulatory Medical Facilities as well as Single and Multi-Tenant Build-to-Suits. LFI develops and invests in industrial and warehouse properties throughout Chicagoland including distribution warehouses, light manufacturing, and assembly. Our team is capable of handling all phases of the development process, including Land Due Diligence, Entitlement Procurement, Architectural, Engineering, and Contractor Coordination, Financial Underwriting, Contractor Selection and Oversight, Procurement of Financing, Anchor Tenant Negotiations, Site Plan/Master Plan Oversight, and Disposition Strategy.

LFI currently operates a portfolio of retail centers, industrial parks, medical office buildings, private school, and hotels valued in excess of $500 million. Each and every day, our property management team focuses on improving the cost, efficiency, and performance of each asset in our portfolio.
